Female Deity Jar

David Holley, following a long career teaching art, has returned to his passion for ceramics in retirement. His Deity Jars are inspired by African fetish statues, believed to hold magical powers and provide protection against evil spirits. Each jar is individually hand-thrown, modelled, and decorated, ensuring its uniqueness. Through these stoneware creations, David combines his artistic expertise with cultural inspiration, crafting pieces that are both evocative and distinctive.
