I have always loved the beauty of glass and been fascinated by the different processes involved in stained glass. I want to bring the beauty of glass and my passion for the craft of stained glass to all through teaching. I use very few patterns so through my enjoyment of free cutting this gives me freedom to design each piece making them unique. I love the ‘quirky’ and ‘fun’ and try to add these elements to all my designs. My stained glass journey so far…. In 2007 I enrolled in a stained glass evening course and quickly became totally hooked. I bought all the necessary equipment and one course led onto three more. In 2008 I was thrilled to have one of the pieces I designed and created chosen and entered into ‘The Contemporary Craft Fair’ held annually at Bovey Tracey here in Devon. In 2016 I turned my hobby into a business and in 2019 I started running workshops going to different venues around South Devon. In April 2022 I had the exciting opportunity to set up my own studio in Heathfield near Bovey Tracey where I now run stained glass and different crafting workshops as well as offering workshops elsewhere in Devon.
